Demonic Avengers Rules

By playing on Demonic Avengers, you agree to follow the rules below.

Demonic Avengers is an Open PvP server. PvP, competition and conflict are part of the game. These rules exist to prevent cheating, exploitation and behavior that seriously harms the server or its community.

1. Names

Character names must be appropriate and recognizable as names.

Names may not:

• Contain racist, hateful, extremely offensive or inappropriate language.

• Consist of random letters or deliberately invalid formatting.

• Impersonate another player or staff member.

• Falsely suggest an official position.

• Be deliberately misleading or inappropriate.

Staff may require a name change when necessary.

2. Cheating & Exploiting

a) Bug Abuse

Knowingly exploiting bugs, errors or unintended game mechanics for personal advantage is prohibited.

Serious bugs should be reported to staff.

b) Gameplay Exploitation

Intentionally abusing game mechanics to gain an unintended advantage or bypass server restrictions is prohibited.

c) Scripts & Automation

Scripts, macros and automation used through the official Demonic Avengers client are allowed.

Players may create and use their own scripts, except where explicitly prohibited by these rules.

d) Client Manipulation

Players must use the official Demonic Avengers client.

Modifying, replacing or manipulating the client, server communication or packets to gain an unfair advantage or bypass server restrictions is prohibited.

Scripts within the official client = allowed, except during events.

Manipulating or replacing the official client = prohibited.

e) Hacking & Account Theft

Attempting to steal or gain unauthorized access to another player's account is strictly prohibited.

f) Event Automation & Scripts

Using scripts, macros, VBot or any other automated code during server events, such as Hot Potato and Death Wave, is strictly prohibited.

All players must participate in these events manually, without any form of automation or scripted assistance.

This rule applies to all event-related automation, including scripts running through the official Demonic Avengers client.

Violating this rule will result in immediate account deletion without prior warning.

g) Multi-Clienting

Using multiple characters during PvP to assist, block, scout, trap or otherwise gain an advantage is prohibited.

Normal multi-client use outside PvP is allowed unless otherwise restricted by a specific game system.

h) Account Trading & Sharing

Trading, selling or sharing accounts is prohibited unless explicitly permitted by the administration.

3. Gamemasters & Staff

a) Staff Harassment

Players may disagree with staff decisions and request explanations.

Threatening, seriously harassing or repeatedly abusing staff members is prohibited.

b) Staff Impersonation

Impersonating staff or falsely claiming to have influence over staff decisions is prohibited.

c) False Reports

Knowingly submitting false reports, fabricated evidence or deliberately misleading staff during an investigation is prohibited.

d) Staff Instructions

Players must follow legitimate instructions from Gamemasters during investigations or enforcement actions.

e) Real-Life Threats & Personal Information

Real-life threats, intimidation, doxxing or sharing another person's private information without consent are strictly prohibited.

This includes threatening to harm players or staff outside the game, exposing personal details or encouraging others to harass someone in real life.

Serious violations may result in immediate permanent banishment or account deletion.

4. Player Killing & PvP

Demonic Avengers is an Open PvP server.

Random PK, revenge kills, wars, spawn conflicts, hunting enemies and aggressive PvP are allowed.

Killing players repeatedly or killing many different players is not automatically a rule violation.

Staff will not interfere with normal PvP conflicts.

5. Server Disruption & Griefing

PvP or other gameplay may become a rule violation when it develops into a systematic and excessive pattern primarily intended to prevent other players from playing, progressing or remaining on the server.

Examples include:

• Systematically targeting players primarily to prevent them from playing.

• Deliberately attempting to force players to leave the server.

• Sustained harassment intended primarily to disrupt the server or its community.

• Systematically targeting new players to prevent them from establishing themselves.

Frequent PK alone is not Server Disruption.

Staff will consider the overall behavior, frequency, duration, circumstances, intent and available evidence.

6. Gamemaster Authority

Not every possible form of abuse or exploitation can be listed in advance.

Demonic Avengers staff reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action at any time when necessary to protect the server, its players or its community.

Staff may consider server logs, screenshots, recordings, player reports, chat messages, staff observations and patterns of behavior.

A player report alone does not automatically prove a violation.

Normal Open PvP should not be treated as Server Disruption without additional circumstances showing deliberate and excessive disruption.

7. Punishments

Depending on the severity and circumstances, staff may issue:

• Warning.

• Jail.

• Gameplay or EXP penalty.

• Temporary banishment.

• Permanent banishment.

• Account deletion in severe cases.

Staff is not required to apply punishments in a specific order.

Repeated or serious violations may result in stronger action.

Exception: Using scripts, VBot, macros or any other automation during server events will result in immediate account deletion, as stated in Rule 2(f).

8. Spirit of the Rules

Players are expected to follow both the wording and purpose of these rules.

Attempts to deliberately bypass rules through loopholes or technicalities may still result in punishment.

At the same time, gameplay explicitly permitted by these rules remains permitted.

9. Rule Updates

Rules may be updated when necessary.

Important changes will be announced through official Demonic Avengers channels.

Players are responsible for following the current rules while playing.

In short:

Play hard. PvP is allowed. Scripts are allowed outside events.

Event automation is strictly prohibited and will result in account deletion.

Don't cheat, manipulate the client, exploit the game or deliberately try to ruin the server for others.

Staff reserves the right to intervene when necessary to protect Demonic Avengers and its community.
