DemonicAvengers Rules

By playing on Demonic Avengers, you agree to follow the rules below. The rules are designed to keep the server fair and enjoyable while preserving the freedom of an open PvP environment.

1. Names

Character names must be appropriate and recognizable as names.

a) Names containing racist, sexist, hateful, insulting, extremely offensive or otherwise inappropriate language are not allowed.

b) Names consisting of random letters, sentences, deliberately invalid formatting or similar nonsense are not allowed.

c) Names may not:

• Impersonate another player.
• Impersonate staff or suggest an official position.
• Use the name of a real-life celebrity or public figure.
• Be deliberately misleading or inappropriate.

Staff may require a name change if a character name is considered unsuitable.

2. Cheating & Exploiting

a) Bug Abuse
Knowingly exploiting bugs, errors or unintended game mechanics for personal advantage is prohibited. Serious bugs must be reported to the Demonic Avengers staff.

b) Gameplay Exploitation
Intentionally abusing game mechanics in ways that clearly disrupt normal gameplay or give an unfair advantage is prohibited.

c) Unauthorized Automation
Using unauthorized macros, scripts or other tools that automatically perform actions without normal player interaction is prohibited.

d) Client Manipulation
Modifying the game client or using unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.

e) Hacking & Account Theft
Attempting to steal, obtain or access another player's account information is strictly prohibited.

f) Multi-Clienting
Using multiple characters or clients in situations where it provides an unfair advantage or violates specific server restrictions is prohibited.

g) Account Trading & Sharing
Trading, selling, sharing or giving other players access to your account is not permitted.

3. Gamemasters & Staff

a) Threatening, harassing or abusing a staff member because of an official staff action is prohibited.

b) Impersonating a Gamemaster or staff member, or falsely claiming to have influence over staff decisions, is prohibited.

c) Deliberately providing false or misleading information during an investigation, or knowingly submitting false reports against other players, is prohibited.

4. Player Killing & PvP

a) PvP is part of Demonic Avengers

Demonic Avengers is a PvP server.

Killing other players, fighting over spawns, guild wars, revenge kills and other normal PvP activities are allowed.

Staff will not interfere simply because one player or guild kills another.

b) Server Disruption & New Player Harassment

PvP becomes a rule violation when players systematically and repeatedly target low-level or new players with the clear intention of preventing them from playing, progressing or remaining on the server.

This includes organized or repeated harassment whose primary purpose is to drive players away or deliberately damage the server community rather than participate in normal PvP.

c) Punishment

Players found deliberately targeting new or low-level players with the intention of making them quit or disrupting the server may receive a 20-hour jail punishment.

Repeated or severe violations may result in:

• Extended jail time
• Temporary banishment
• Permanent account action

The severity of the punishment is determined by the Demonic Avengers staff based on the circumstances and available evidence.

Important

This rule does not protect players from normal PvP.

Being killed repeatedly, losing a spawn, being involved in a war or being hunted by another player does not automatically constitute a rule violation.

Staff will only intervene when there is clear evidence of systematic targeting intended to disrupt the server or deliberately drive players away.

5. General Enforcement

Players are expected to follow both the wording and the purpose of these rules.

Attempts to deliberately bypass or exploit technicalities in the rules may still result in punishment.

Demonic Avengers staff reserves the right to take appropriate action in situations that seriously harm the server, its players or its community.

These rules may be updated at any time. Important changes will be announced through the official Demonic Avengers channels.
